PRAYER THAT MOVES MOUNTAINS

The world we live in is a voice activated world. From the creation of the earth we saw in the book of Genesis God spoke in the midst of voidness and there was a response from the elements to facilitate that which was said. For things to happen in the earth there must be a voice that will declare change and call forth the reality of God into the realm of time. God who is the creator of the universe lives in a realm of eternity, and when He spoke in the beginning He did not use regular or earthy words but eternal words that were designed to shape and form the earth. Man on the other hand was created by God in His image and His likeness, thus was able to speak eternal words as our Him which is in heaven. There must be a distinction between the words of the children of darkness and those of the children of the Kingdom of God. The words we speak in prayer should be faith filled words that are well place and focused towards obtaining the desired results of God. In other words, our prayers should bring to pass the mind and the will of God in the earth. What are mountains? What are obstacles? What are roadblocks? What is a Giant? These so called hindrances, despite of their sizes are but small issues in the sight of God, especially if it is stopping progress in the Kingdom of God or in the life of a believer in the process of fulfilling their destiny in God within the earth. If a believer is able to have faith in the power of God and in His sovereign rule then moving mountains are just small issues. God is bigger than mountains. God is bigger than any issue or problems any believer can ever face in their lifetime. Whenever we pray we should always use words of authority to speak the expected end and await the favourable response of our God.

Mark 11:23-2423 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

FAMILY PRAYER

Dear Bloggers,

In this current season the enemy is seeking to destroy the family unit by sowing evil in every way possible. When our family relationships are not strong and nurtured then we leave doors open for the enemy to come in and sow discard, malice, unforgiveness, hatred, and every other seed of destruction he can use to weaken the unit of blessing and development God has given us. One of the ways to ensure that we are strengthening and developing right relationships within our family, as well as closing every open door on the enemy is by having times of prayer within our families. It is in these times of prayer that proper foundations concerning God and faith are layed and the individual family member can form roots that will ensure a life of victory and success within the earth realm. The enemy knows that a family is as strong as the weakest member, so it is our duty to stay alert to every individual need within our family and present them collectively before the presence of God. In doing so, we leave proper examples for the young children and create within their minds a picture of possibility that will in later life cause them to have a deeper sense of trust in God and also in the family unit. God's plan is to have strong families within the earth, who understands that the Kingdom of God does suffer violence and that it has to be taken by force. We cannot sit around while the enemy is destroying what we are trying to build. We must realize that strong people builds strong families and strong families builds strong cities. Strong cities builds strong nations and strong nations builds a strong world. It is our responsibility to create a world for ourselves where the rule and reign of God is and His Kingdom has come. This can be made possible when we truly understand the importance of family prayers.

Josh 7:1414 In the morning therefore ye shall be brought according to your tribes: and it shall be, that the tribe which the LORD taketh shall come according to the families thereof; and the family which the LORD shall take shall come by households; and the household which the LORD shall take shall come man by man.(KJV)

PRAYING OVER THE NATIONS

Dear Bloggers,

Prayer is the one of the greatest decision making tools God has given man. The decisions that we make day after day usually has long term consequences that we are not able to see with our natural eyes, some good and some bad. If we could reverse time, then we would be able to reverse some of our decisions we have made in the past. We cannot continue to ignore the fact that we serve a God that is present in our future as He is in our present. He is aware of things past as well as things to come, and is never surprised by anything. As the nation of Canada and the United States Of America go through political and social changes we might not be able to influence the leaders of congress, but we can aproach the one that carries the government on His shoulders. We should pray for our politicians that God would direct their choices and the laws that they will approve. We should pray for the cities within our nation, because in doing so we will activate the spiritual elements that will create a better living environment for people. We should also pray for the people that votes in the elections that will decide the future leaders of these nations, because the decision they make when voting will have consequences that we will have to endure. You have been given the right (authority) to pray such prayers and as the enemy will continue to execute his agenda, you should not cease to pray in order to interupt and in some cases cancel all his plans. God is counting on you to pray for our nation!

THE RIGHT COURSE OF ACTION

  • The decision to move from a place of illness (spiritual, emotional, temporal) and issues to a place of wholeness is one of the hardest decisions a believer will ever have to make.

    Luke 17:11-19
11 Now it happened as He went to Jerusalem that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
12 Then as He entered a certain village, there met Him ten men who were lepers, who stood afar off.
13 And they lifted up their voices and said, "Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!"
14 So when He saw them, He said to them, "Go, show yourselves to the priests." And so it was that as they went, they were cleansed.
15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified God,
16 and fell down on his face at His feet, giving Him thanks. And he was a Samaritan.
17 So Jesus answered and said, "Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine?
18 "Were there not any found who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?"
19 And He said to him, "Arise, go your way. Your faith has made you well."

PROCESS OF CLEANSING FOR A LEPER: Leviticus 14:1

Leprosy: is symbolic of sin in the bible. It is a sickness and brings with it issues. It stifles relationships and is recognized upon manifestation.

GOD IS ONLY INTERESTED IN WHOLISTIC WORSHIP AND SERVICE

Lev 14:11 (The leper was presented only at the door of the tabernacle)
And the priest that maketh him clean shall present the man that is to be made clean, and those things, before the LORD, at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:

    Rom 12:1-2
1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Five actions that a believer must take to be released into wholeness:

1) You must realize that the current situation you are facing is not for you. (v 17:13)
· You are more than what the enemy say you are
· This is not right
· I will not die like this
· I am fearfully and wonderfully made

2) You must listen to the voice of my redeemer (v 14)
· The past have a voice
· Your friends have voices
· The system has a voice
· The doctor has a voice

3) You must walk with those going your direction (v 14)
· The sick can’t help the sick (pool of Bethesda 38yrs)
· Right relationships heal certain issues and inner scars. (Ruth)

4) You must move to start the process of healing (v 14)
· Never despise wise counsel
Proverbs 8:11-14
11 For wisdom is better than rubies, and all the things one may desire cannot be compared with her.
12 "I, wisdom, dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge and discretion.
13 The fear of the LORD is to hate evil; pride and arrogance and the evil way and the perverse mouth I hate.
14 Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom; I am understanding, I have strength.

· Every step in the right direction will release healing in your life.
· Moving with the progressive crowd brings progressiveness.

5) You must keep your heart towards God (v 15-19)
· If your heart is towards God you will see your healing
· You will have a heart of repentance
· You will have a voice of praise
· You will step out from the crowd towards God
· You will be extraordinary
· You will receive wholeness from God (v 19)
